Italian Dinner Series: Calabria August 25th, 2023

This is our 7th five course dinner featuring the great diversity of regional cuisines in Italy. This meal will be a spicy one! Calabria is the southernmost region of the Italian peninsula, just north of Sicily. 

How spicy? Well, not habanero hot. The calabrian chili is famous for its great flavor and is considered a "hot" pepper, and generally spicier than a jalapeno. That being said, this meal will feature many other ingredients to balance the spice!
