About the event

We’ll open-up our kitchen and set the table for a small group cooking demonstration. Chef Shelly will walk you through the preparation of Caesar Salad & show-stopping croutons, Lemon & Herb Risotto, Steak Modiga- with a sauce of mushrooms, lemon, butter & wine plus a dessert of macerated strawberries & sherry glaze over zabaglione. After this in-depth demonstration, you’ll be ready to make risotto with any flavor profile you choose! $175 per person. 10 tickets available August 12th 5:30
