Short and corkscrew shaped pasta that is fun to eat and holds sauce nicely. Half of a pound of pasta can easily satisfy a very hungry eater. If there are sides and appetizers, half a pound would feed two.
We recommend cooking or freezing the pasta within 5 days of purchase. It takes 90-120 seconds in salted, boiling water - depending how you like it.
