"The Guiseppe" (joo-seh-peh) our Surf & Turf Ravioli special is inspired by a trip I took to the Virgin Islands.

We are working with a very special pink shrimp, wild-caught in the warm waters of the southern Atlantic. They're sweeter than gulf shrimp and their flavor is compared to lobster.

We've combined these tender shrimp with our most popular ravioli filling, Beef Short Rib Ragu. We suggest tossing them in brown butter & grated Italian cheese.
