Made with local beef & pork in classic tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella & parmesan
Ingredients
MEATBALLS: Pork, Beef, Spinach, Mustard Greens, Ricotta (Whole Milk, White Vinegar), Parmesan and/or Romano (part-skim milk, salt, cheese cultures & enzymes), Breadcrumbs (enriched flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid] water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast salt, vegetable oil [soybean, cottonseed and/or canola] sugar), Olive Oil, Onion, Salt.
TOMATO SAUCE: Italian Tomatoes, Onion, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Bay Leaf.GARNISH: Mozzarella (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt and enzymes), Parmesan (part-skim milk, salt, cheese cultures and enzymes), Roasted Garlic (garlic, olive oil, bay leaf), Calabrian Chili.
CONTAINS: Wheat, Milk & Eggs.
Cooking Instructions
From Thawed (recommended): Keep covered (with lid provided). Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 15-25 minutes. Meatballs are done when the sauce is simmering, or when internal temperature reaches 165F.
From Frozen: Keep covered (with lid provided). Bake at 350F for 35-55 minutes. If sauce isn’t simmering, continue baking at 10 minute intervals.
