About the event
We’ll teach you the basics to making three types of gnocchi: Potato, Ricotta & Gnocchi alla Romagna. We’ll show you how to mix the dough, shape it and crank it out! For fun, we’ll even change the color of our dough, using natural ingredients. From here, you’ll feel more confident exploring the versatility of working with gnocchi dough. We’ll enjoy a glass of wine and sample each variety with a unique sauce. You’ll leave class with pounds of your own handmade gnocchi plus your own wooden gnocchi board!
