Our Scrappy Meal Program

A Scrappy Meal is a frozen dinner made with fresh pasta scraps, tomato sauce and Italian Cheeses. Each meal feeds 1-2 people and is free to anyone who is out of work due to COVID-19 or to anyone going through

a rough time.

Pasta scraps are produced as we trim our ravioli. We began saving scraps and building these meals in March 2020.
