It will be a dynamic course with Chef Shelly and team making four of her favorite gourmet pasta dishes. Surprise your friends and loved ones with your epicurean pasta skills! You will enhance your culinary expertise by making stunning pastas such as Raviolo- a sumptuous egg yolk filled pasta, Potato Gnocchi Amatriciana, Cannelloni stuffed with beef & spinach and Osso Bucco Ragu with Spinach Pappardelle. $150 per person
