Beef Short Rib Ragu Ravioli
We slow braise wagyu beef short ribs in red wine, tomatoes, onions, garlic and herbs. Then we remove the bones to develop this deeply flavorful filling. Customer favorite! We seriously recommend that you use minimal sauce. We like to toss them in olive oil or butter, grated hard Italian cheese and cracked black pepper.

FILLING: Beef Short Rib, Tomato, Red Wine (contains sulfites), Olive Oil, Onion, Celery, Carrot, Garlic, Salt, Herbs.
PASTA: Semolia Flour, Eggs, Salt.
CONTAINS: Milk, Eggs & Wheat.
COOK FROM FROZEN. Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add frozen ravioli for 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Drain & serve.
