This is a very traditional filling. Italian grandmothers across the globe make their own version for their families. "L'Italy" is stuffed with the ground wagyu beef, finely chopped spinach and parmesan cheese. It's a classic!

Packed by the dozen. Sold frozen, ready to boil.

  • Ingredients

    FILLING: Wagyu Beef, Spinach, Mustard Greens, Ricotta (pasteurized whey, cream & milk), Garlic, Parmesan and/or Romano (part-skim milk, salt, cheese cultures & enzymes), Egg, Breadcrumbs (enriches flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid] water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast salt, vegetable oil [soybean, cottonseed and/or canola] sugar), Salt.

    PASTA: Flour, Eggs, Salt.

    CONTAINS: Milk, Eggs & Wheat.

  • Cooking Instructions

    COOK FROM FROZEN. Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add frozen ravioli for 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Drain & serve.
