Mushroom & Mozzarella Arancini

Arancini is a popular Italian snack made with "leftover" risotto. We make a wide variety of risotto. Its one of our passions. We allow the risotto to cool, form it into balls and stuff the center with sauce, meat or cheese. The stuffed risotto balls are then breaded and fried. We freeze them and you bake them at home for a luxurious snack! You don't need to dip them in anything, they're perfect just the way they are. The Arancini are approximately 5 ounces each. We like to tell people it's about 5 bites. They're sold individually - frozen, ready to bake!
