Tomato Mozzarella Arancini


Arancini is a popular Italian snack made with "leftover" risotto. We make a wide variety of risotto. Its one of our passions. We allow the risotto to cool, form it into balls and stuff the center with sauce, meat or cheese. The stuffed risotto balls are then breaded and fried. We freeze them and you bake them at home for a luxurious snack! You don't need to dip them in anything ,they're perfect just the way they are. The Arancini are approximately 5 ounces each. We like to tell people it's about 5 bites. They're sold individually.


Risotto made with tomato juices and stuffed with Italian cheeses - tastes like pizza!

  • Ingredients

    Arborio Rice, Italian Tomatoes, Parmesan and/or Romano (part-skim milk, salt, cheese cultures & enzymes), Breadcrumbs (enriched flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid] water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast salt, vegetable oil [soybean, cottonseed and/or canola] sugar), Red Wine (contains sulfites), Onion, Garlic, Mozzarella (pasteurized whey, cream and milk), Ricotta (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt and enzymes) Buttermilk, Flour, Olive Oil, Butter, Eggs, Bay Leaves, Salt.

    CONTAINS: Milk, Eggs & Wheat.

  • Cooking Instructions

    From Thawed (recommended): Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.

    From Frozen: Bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
